Workout Wednesday

So my husband is doing fantastic sticking to a workout plan and runs 3.3 miles everyday. I, on the other hand, set pretty goals and watch them pass me by! Recap from last weeks goal:
I will….

1. Stretch my tight muscles (& I don’t mean tight in a good way)

2. Include atleast 15 mins of cardio (working my way up to 30 mins)

3. Include a target muscle toning group (abs, arms, legs, hiney, back)

I did some of this but not consistently. 

So how do I sum up progress when I had an epic fail…doing something, even if just stretching one time, was a step in the right direction. It’s more than I was doing so I will just keep trying. 


I love this!!! My momma is super smart and gives pretty darn good advice!

Oh, & I was surfing Amazon last night (which can really get me in trouble during summer & Christmas because I can’t stop myself from shopping) & I found a new (old) Denise Austin video that looked good. It is called hit the spot & it’s ten five minute area targeting videos. I, in no way, get paid to promote Denise’s videos but I like working out with them.

  1. I know how hard hard it is sometimes to do what you intended and planned to do,especially with a busy schedule ahead of us, I am trying very hard to eat healthier and exercise for a better feeling me, so I will help you stay focused if you help me.

  2. The rule of thumb for me–and I lost thirty pounds nine months ago and boy do I feel better–is this: Whatever you do, just keep doing it. ALL of the gadgets and videos work. They do. What goes wrong is we stop…so DON’T STOP, and you will lose the pounds, and you will get into shape. Tell your husband…Way to Go!
